Copper strips have been widely used in cable production

Update:29-07-2019

The cable is an important raw material in telecommunications equipment and consists of an inner conductor, an insulator, an outer conductor and an outer jacket. Copper or oxygen-free copper tape has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and welding stability. The outer conductor is generally made of copper or oxygen-free copper. With the development of communication technology, the requirements for cable copper strip are higher, and the thickness of copper strip is changed. Thin, increased length, improved precision, and stable weldability. Because of its high electrical conductivity and high precision, copper strips have good welding performance and have more advantages in length than tubing production, and have been widely used in cable production.

In the current GB/T11091-2014 standard, compare GB/T11091-2005:

1.Added TU3, TUP0.003 grades and corresponding codes C10200, C10300;

2.The upper limit of the thickness range of the strip is adjusted from "0.7mm" to "0.8mm";

3.The lower limit of the strip width range of 3 pairs is adjusted from "20mm" to "15mm";

4.The strip thickness tolerance is modified;

5.The strip width tolerance has been modified to increase the high-precision regulations;
